Maesmynach Elegance

The Welsh Cobs and Part breds at Maesmynach Stud all possesses a character and presence that the true old Cardiganshire Welsh Cob possessed, and within five generations their breeding spans to the beginning of the Stud Book of the Welsh Pony and Cob Society in 1902.

E.g. Maesmynach Eleri, who is the dam of Maesmynach Viking Warrior

Therefore the old lines that stood 15.2hh, 15.3hh and over are very much seen in the six Home Bred Maesmynach Stallions that stand at stud.

Throughout the years the stud has sold to Europe and beyond: Ireland, Germany, Belgium, Holland, France, and other European countries as well as further afield to Argentina and Australia, where Mr Brian Lein stands Maesmynach Bonheddwr a half brother to Maesmynach Viking Warrior in order to breed performance horses.
